ANZUK Executive’s 360-degree leadership review and CEO assessment is a comprehensive evaluation process where feedback is gathered from multiple sources to assess a leader’s performance and effectiveness. This feedback typically comes from colleagues, direct reports, line managers, and at times, external stakeholders. Our leadership and CEO performance reviews are designed to ask the most relevant leadership and CEO 360 review questions, providing a well-rounded view of the leader’s strengths and areas for improvement.
The process encourages self-reflection and growth by highlighting different perspectives on leadership behaviours, communication, decision-making and team dynamics. A 360 leadership review is critical to help leaders gain valuable insights into how others perceive them, promoting growth and development on both a personal and professional level. The data from a 360 leadership review can then be used to inform and guide leadership training and leadership mentoring.
